Returns and Exchanges
1. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can email us at email@example.com with a picture of the damaged product, within 24 hours of receiving the order.
2. You can also call us at the customer helpline number (011-43024828) for any help.
3. The return shipping charges have to be borne by the buyer.
4. You must return the item within a week of your purchase.
5. If you have any issues with the size of a product. You may exchange the product with a different size of the same product.
NOTE: We do not accept returns on Nose pins and nose rings due to hygiene issues. We also do not accept any exchange of Afghani Jewellery.
Also, the products bought on discount/offer cannot be exchanged.
We can cancel your exchange if you fail to fulfill any of the above conditions
Mode of Refund
We do not offer any cash refunds. When you return a product, the refund is offered to you in the form of a coupon code or points that you can use to purchase any other product available on deepikadesigns.com
We do not accept cancellation on orders.
